The hotel itself is decent, the room is clean and the sheets seemed to be clean as well. The breakfast is not to be desired. Same thing day after day. My TV is outdated and speakers are blown. So it was hard to hear. I was in this hotel for 2 weeks. For a couple days I had my do not disturb sign on the door. And then took it down for a couple days so the room could be serviced. However nothing was done. I assume we will need to let the staff know in the future when we want rooms serviced. Staff is friendly, kind, and courteous. Everyone here has been very accommodating, always says good morning, and very friendly. Overall, a great place to stay.
11/14-11/16 did daddy daughter weekend was in town for my daughter‘s first reconciliation absolutely love this hotel. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The free hot breakfast is great. The staff went above and beyond. I forgot any sort of pool toy and the lady who is working the counter during the day on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Let my daughter play with a toy she had on her own family member in the claw machine. Staff was attentive and responsive to all needs. The room was clean. Bed was comfy no dingy smoke smell. I will be staying here when I come into town moving forward.
Was so happy to have my company book my stay here. I was booked here for 20 days for company business. And I specifically wanted a room with a kitchenette. Each month I travel for my company and always stay a minimum of 20 days. And I get so tired of having to eat meals out of a paper delivery sack. And having meals delivered to my room can get quite expensive. So with having the kitchenette this trip, I saved over $500 by cooking for myself. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated. But I could see they had made several improvements with new paint and decor. The bed was very comfortable. And the entire complex was very quiet. Especially being near a major highway. Plenty of parking and well lit. I got to use the laundry facilities while I was there and was surprised that my clothes came clean and dried on one cycle. One other thing that really stood out to me was they also had arcade games! Something that isn’t seen much anymore. But it sure made this old Gen-X feel nostalgic. Played a few games of Pac Man and Galaga and it took me back to my youth. I never got to try the pool and hot tub. But it looked well kept. I will be traveling through this area again next month and I have already booked another stay there! Felt very comfortable there!
In town again for work and my daughter. Booked one night initially, but added another for the pool. Sonia is great and always so patient and kind. Housekeeping is attentive to needs. Hot breakfast is free with plenty of healthy options. plenty of parking. zero ounce of any scent of smoke or past smoke, air quality is awesome, and i spent and entire day working from the room. Is and will remain my go to when in town. In terms of the beds, I got maybe the best sleep last night i’ve had since i stayed here 2 months ago!!
This was a much needed respite from our road trip. Clean rooms, super friendly people at the desk, and pretty good breakfast. I wish it was somewhere we would be able to go again but it’s 800 miles from home. You can’t go wrong staying at this clean, friendly, hotel in the quaint town of Jasper. Bonus, pets are allowed for a small fee.
The location is a little bit out of the way. Overall this hotel is great. Rooms could have been cleaner but the bed, sheets and pillows were like new and very comfortable. Pool was small but open. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good we had biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, muffins, cereal, bagels and toast, eggs, and juice to choose from. We went to Holiday world then spent the night and it was a great hotel for that
Always a good place to get some good rest. Very clean inside and out. Fair price. Good beds. No bugs anywhere. My hotel for when I'm in Jasper.
The whole place is clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Staff was extremely friendly an catered to our needs. Breakfast had a bunch of options and the B's & G's are solid on the weekends. Place is mostly quiet, especially at bed time.
